Born in Rome, Silvia is a well-known Italian-Jewish cooking expert. She runs La
Cucina di Silvia – Cooking for the Soul, where she teaches and caters Italian cooking.
Her speciality is food from the Roman region, and in particular, food in the Italian-Jewish tradition. Sylvia is now a regular food writer for the Jewish Chronicle. |
